Policies: CANCELING/ RESCHEDULING: A 48 hour notice prior to your appointment date and time via text or call (360)487-0542 is required for canceling or rescheduling. If this window is not met clients will be charged 50% of their booked services. NO CALL / NO SHOW: If a client does not call to cancel or reschedule and does not show up to their scheduled appointment, the client will be charged the FULL amount of the services. RUNNING LATE: Clients running more than 10 minutes late may be required to adjust their services to be within the scheduled time frame. If clients are 15 minutes late you will receive a late fee charge when you check out for your services. CONSULTATION: All extensions and color correction services require a consult prior to booking services.
